RETURNS POLICY

fancy drops beauty is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping fees.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery for a full refund; orders shipped within 20 days of delivery will be issued store credit. After 20 days of delivery, all orders are final sale. Purchases made with a discount beyond %5 are final sale.

Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. Kindly note that Coffee & Chains is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of use.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or limited edition products.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PARCELS

Returned-to-seller or refused boxes will be issued as store credit less initial & return shipping fees, given there was no error made on our end.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders are final (including pre-order). Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.

If order modification requested prior to order processing, we can add items to your order or modify colour selections of order items. Please contact us at Support@nutrienway.shop for order modifications.

LOST PARCELS

If your order is deemed lost, we will investigate with the freight company and inform you as soon as possible.

Kindly note that fancy drops beauty.Co is not responsible for parcels scanned delivered that cannot be located. If you believe that your order is stolen, we recommend filling a report with your local Police Station after checking with house members and neighbors.

WARRANTY

All fancy drops beauty products have a 30 calendar days warranty, effective the date of delivery.

We do quality checks before sending our products. For all warranty claims, send us an email at Support@greenerme.shop The warranty claim must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and photos must be included damage.  

If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
