All orders are processed and shipped from our China warehouse within 2-3 business days. Sometimes, processing may take 4-5 business days. Handling time is not included in shipping estimates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.

Greener Me is happy to offer a full return with a reduced initial shipping fee.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery for a full refund; orders shipped within 20 days of delivery will receive store credit. All orders are final sales 20 days after delivery. Purchases with a discount of more than %5 are final sales.

Returns are the responsibility of the buyer - please purchase shipping labels through your preferred carrier. Please note that Greener Me is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of use.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for specials or limited edition items.

Return to sender and rejected packages
Boxes returned to the seller or rejected will be given as store credit minus the initial and return shipping costs because we made no mistake.

Order Cancellation and Modification
As we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, all orders are final (including pre-orders). Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before submitting your order.

If an order modification is requested before the order is processed, we may add items to your order or modify the color selection of the items in the order. To modify your order, please contact us at support@greenerme.shop.

lost package
If your order is deemed lost, we will investigate with the shipping company and notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that fancy drops beauty is not responsible for unlocated scanned packages. If you believe your order has been stolen, we recommend that you file a report with your local police station after checking with the house members and neighbors.

Warranty
All Greener Me products are warranted for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We do quality checks before sending products. For all warranty claims please email Support@greenerme.shop Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of delivery and must include photos of the damage.

If a replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
